DROP TRAX is optimized for various connection speeds. The platform uses efficient data loading and caching to work well even on slower connections. For best results, we recommend a stable internet connection for both DJs and guests.
Tipping is configured per-event, giving you complete control over when guests can tip you. When creating a new event, you can enable tipping with a simple checkbox. When enabled, guests will see a "Tip the DJ" button on the request page and can tip you via Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App. Make sure to configure your payment methods in Account Settings first. Each event can have its own tipping settings - some events can have tipping enabled while others don't.
While the core interface remains consistent for ease of use, you can customize event settings like request limits, anonymous requests, auto-approval, and per-event tipping options to match your event's needs.
